A new sports pavilion with flexibility to accommodate the needs of six different sporting clubs which currently occupy the recreation reserve.

Clever spatial arrangements, coupled with a pragmatic approach to form, glazing, materiality, and passive solar design, assist in producing a highly functional, identifiable building on a relatively tight budget.
